Inagakuen High School was founded in 1984 with a view towards the 21st century and the international and societal changes it will bring. In its twelfth year, Inagakuen has earned national recognition for its educational, athletic, and cultural accomplishments. In this school, each student follows his or her own course of study and strives for self-development. The spacious school grounds provide a pleasant, stimulating environment where approximately 3,000 students and 200 staff members work to create a fulfilling high school experience.

We host 9 teachers as ALTs and guest teachers and students can choose from English,German,French and Chinese classes,each with native speaking saaistants. We have enhanced our relationships with our sister school in Australia and China by sending our students and faculty on yearly visits.

This year,Inagakuen has been commissioned by the Ministry of Education to enhance the study of international relations through the use of multi-media and the Internet. Inagakuen, its faculty and students, will continue to strive for excellence in education and cultural exchange through the use of these exciting new technologies.
